NEW Celtic Knot Pattern available here
I have been working on a variety of new Celtic Knot patterns lately and this is the first one now available in my Ravelry store. Even though the knot looks complex it is actually simple to construct if you have the diagram (which is included in the pattern) and instructions.
For this project I used one of my favorite yarns, Omega’s Sinfonia in red (#822) and garnet – a deeper red (#823) – you can purchase the yarn here.
Skill Level: Confident Beginner
The stitches you need to know are:
- slip stitch
- single crochet
The heart is one of my favorite shapes and I love how this particular design incorporates a Celtic Knot right in the middle. Last year we renovated our kitchen and painted the walls a warm rich yellow. I have made several of these hearts that are now hanging on the yellow walls – I love how the red and yellow look together. And since I am not a huge fan of cooking and cleaning, seeing these on the walls makes me smile and brightens my day when doing chores in the kitchen.
I am working on providing a video tutorial for this that will be included with the purchase of the pattern via a private Youtube link soon.
For your convenience you can click here to buy this pattern now for $5.50 and/or you can pin the image below so you remember where to find this pattern.
