Here is another shrug that I made for my daughter using the same pattern I created for my own coral shrug. Again I used Caron Simply Soft yarn in a turquoise color. It worked up quickly and looks great on my daughter.
After several days a power outage in our area, it was such a treat to snuggle down at our crochet workshop, Cafe Crochet. We had coffee, muffins, tea, hot cocoa and moms and daughters ready to spend the morning together while learning something new. We learned interesting facts about crocheting, made some jewelry and a pocketbook accessory and searched for small scale “yarn bombs” throughout the building.
